Not all items are refundable and Orient Crown reserves the right to reject an item for refund.

Exchange Policy

Orient Crown will only exchange a complete set of defective product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product subject to stock availability. The Orient Crown invoice will act as Proof of Purchase, the electronic item will have the warranty period specified with its details, for non-electronic items, we offer exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Whom do I contact if I have questions about an item?

Please contact Orient Crown Singapore by writing to us at info@orientcrown.sg 

All items to be exchanged within the 7-day period must have original tags and packaging and not have been modified (i.e., your item must be in the same condition that you received it). If you believe you have received a defective or had incorrect merchandise sent to you, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect or error for verification.

  • 7 days from the date of collection, if there are mechanical problems, we will replace the same item with a new set.
  • One year from the date of purchase, we will repair the item free of charge (excluding the damaged parts).
  • Guaranteed servicing is subject to normal use.
  • Any damages caused by mishandling (e.g., forcing open the housing) is not guaranteed.

How to Exchange or Send for Warranty

The return of the item to be exchanged or item under warranty is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. If you are not personally delivering the item to our office, we recommend that you package your item well and use a registered courier service to return it so as to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Orient Crown will not be liable for any items to be returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

The cost of returning the item is to be borne by the customer OR you may send the item personally to our office.

It is to be noted that all items are NOT refundable after one week from the purchase date. Orient Crown has absolute discretion to decide whether to accept the exchange or the warranty item.

Should it be verified that the item is defective or an incorrect product has been delivered to you, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) and sending the new or correct merchandise shall be borne by us.

International Customers 

If you mailed your item to us from overseas under warranty servicing, you will bear the cost of shipping the 1-way to Singapore. After the item has been serviced, Orient Crown will bear the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Exchange, Repair Processing

Once we have received your item, kindly allow 7-14 working days for your item to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is finished with all the relevant details.
