Note: NOT all items are refundable and Orient Crown reserves the right to reject an item for refund.

Exchange Policy

Orient Crown reserves the right to only exchange a complete set of defective product(s) within 7 days from the date of receiving the product subject to stock availability.

Orient Crown’s invoice will act as the official Proof of Purchase. All electronic items will have the warranty period specified within its details. For non-electronic items, we are prepared to offer an exchange within 7 days of your purchase.

The full refund policy lasts 7 days from your order's original receipt date unless stated otherwise. Our product must include original tags and packaging and should not have been installed, used, or modified (i.e. it must be in the same condition that you received it).

If our product was defective or an incorrect purchase was delivered, please contact us within 5 days of your order’s original receipt date and provide a photo of the defect or incorrect product for verification.


Watch Winders Warranty Policy

  • If there are mechanical problems or issues 7 days from the date of your collection, we will replace the same product with an entirely new set.
  • We will also repair the item free of charge (excluding the damaged parts), within 12 months from the date of purchase. Note: Guaranteed servicing is subject to normal use.
  • Guaranteed servicing is subject to normal use.
  • Any damages caused by mishandling (i.e. forced opening of housing) is not guaranteed.

How to Exchange or Send for Warranty

The product that is set to be returned is solely the client’s responsibility until it reaches us. If you are not personally delivering our product to our office, we recommend that you package the item well and use a registered courier service to return it so as to reduce and/or avoid the risk of damage or loss in transit situations. Orient Crown will not be liable for any lost or damaged in transit products that are set to be returned.

The cost of returning our product is to be borne by the client OR you may choose to send the item personally to our office.

Please note that all items are NOT refundable after one week from the purchase date. Orient Crown has absolute discretion to decide whether to accept the exchange or the warranty item.

Should it be verified that the purchased product is defective or an incorrect product has been delivered to you, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) and delivery of the new or correct merchandise shall be borne by us.


International Customers 

If you have mailed your item to us from overseas under warranty servicing, you will solely bear the cost of 1-way trip shipping to Singapore. After the item has been serviced, Orient Crown will bear the cost of shipping the product back to you.

Exchange, Repair Processing

Once we have received your defective product, kindly allow 7-14 working days for your item to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is finished with all the relevant details.
