Exchange Policy
Orient Crown will only exchange complete set of defective product within one week from the day of receiving the product subject to stock availability. Orient Crown invoice will act as Proof of Purchase, The electronic item will have the warranty period specified with its details, For Non electronic item we offer Exchange within one week of purchase.

All exchange items within the first 7 days from your purchase must have original tags and packaging; and has not been modified (i.e. your item must be in the same condition that you received it). If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect for verification.
- One week upon date of collection, if there are function problems, we will replace the same item with a new set.
- One year upon date of purchase , we will repair the item free of charge (excluding damage).
- Guarantee service is subject to normal use.
- Any damages caused by mishandling (e.g. force open the housing) is not guaranteed.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR SEND FOR WARRANTY
Note: The return of exchange item or item under warranty is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit.
For the avoidance of doubt, you shall be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us OR you may deposit the item physically to our office. It is strongly recommended to deliver with tracking information and we shall not be liable for any return item(s) that are lost or damaged. It is to be noted that all items are NOT refundable after one week from the purchase date. We shall have the absolute discretion to decide whether to accept the return, exchange or the warranty item .
Should it be verified and confirmed that a defective or incorrect merchandise has been delivered to you, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) and sending the new or correct merchandise shall be borne by us.
Note :
For customers outside Singapore
If you mailed to us your item from overseas to our address for warranty purpose you shall pay for the shipping cost to Singapore and we will pay the shipping cost from Singapore to your address after the item been repaired .

EXCHANGE , REPAIR PROCESSING
Once we receive your return item(s), kindly allow 7-14 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the return process is finished and shall inform you of the relevant details.
